Take yourself to new levels of achievement!

In BodyMap Yoga private classes, workshops or seminars, students will be led on a journey through their body's landscape and architecture. ​

You will learn mindful tools based on the Alexander Technique, emphasizing functional whole body coordination rather than flexibility, quality of movement rather than how far or how deep you can move.  
​
​This clear and simple approach uses body mapping to help you establish references in the body for safely moving through poses without blocking the flow of energy, circulation, or breath.  In each class we will carefully deconstruct and rebuild poses highlighting the new awareness.  This series is suited for all yoga practitioners, no matter age or ability.  ​Come and treat your body with care, curiosity and reverence.

​Flora's series of body mapping workshops were eye-opening experience and I became much more comfortable being in my body.  It was full of great wisdom.
We learned how to undo our habitual way of moving our body and let our mind know the correct one.  I had had shoulder soar for a long time because of my wrong alignment that I unconsciously had acquired, but after the first workshop and I become more aware of the correct alignment, it disappeared!  This knowledge and gradual learning really help you to be in the body with ease.
